Invitation for tenders – Supply and installation of solar power and battery storage in Poltava, Ukraine

This invitation for tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 27 February 2025 for the Project “Introduction of up-to-date energy efficient solutions for district heating in Poltava”, published on the Procurement Notices section on Nefco’s website.

Poltava Regional Municipal Production Enterprise of Heat Management Poltavateploenergo (the “Purchaser”), intends to use part of the proceeds of financing from Sweden-Ukraine District Heating Fund (“SUDH”) through Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (“NEFCO”) as fund manager, towards the cost of the Project “Introduction of up-to-date energy efficient solutions for district heating in Poltava”.

The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract “Supply and installation of solar power and battery storage”. The contract will be financed by the SUDH grant.
Tendering for contracts that are to be financed with the proceeds of funds administered by NEFCO is open to firms/individuals from any country.
