We encourage anyone who has witnessed or suspects any form of Prohibited Practices (abuse, coercion, collusion, corruption, fraud, obstruction, money laundering, financing of terrorism), misconduct or other types of wrongdoing in a Nefco project to contact our Ethics and Compliance function by filling in and submitting the form for Reporting misconduct and corruption (link to WhistleB). The whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner WhistleB, Whistleblowing Centre. The report is confidential and can be submitted anonymously.
We acknowledge the importance of whistle-blowers and witnesses in exposing and addressing different kinds of wrongdoing. Nefco’s Policy on Anticorruption and Compliance and Policy on Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment set out principles for protection against retaliation of whistle-blowers and witnesses.
