Invitation for tender – Vinnytsia – Supply and Installation of Individual Heating Substations

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 15 May2024 for this project which was published on the the Procurement Notices section of NEFCO’s website (https://www.nefco.int).

Public Utility of Vinnytsia City Council “Vinnytsiamiskteploenergo”, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of financing from Sweden-Ukraine District Heating Fund (hereinafter “SUDH”) and Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (hereinafter “E5P”) Fund* through the fund manager Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (hereinafter “NEFCO”) towards the cost of “Upgrade of district heating system in Vinnytsya”.

“Supply and Installation of Individual Heating Substations” contract will be financed by the SUDH and E5P grants, through the fund manager NEFCO, and Local contribution.

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract Supply and Installation of Individual Heating Substations to be funded from part of the proceeds of the financing:

• “Supply and Installation of Individual Heating Substations”. The Employer intends to procure, install and put into operation new equipment in Vinnytsya – Individual Heating Substations (hereinafter “IHS” – in direct translation into Ukrainian language Individual Thermo Points (ITP). The Contract includes design, delivery of the equipment and materials, installation, commissioning of the equipment and training. The main part of the Scope of Supply is:
  • Installation of 95 Individual Heating Substations

Tendering for contracts that are to be financed with the proceeds of NEFCO financing is open to firms/individuals from any country.
