Invitation for tenders – Turnkey implementation of complex thermo-modernisation for the buildings of medical and medical-administrative units of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise «Ovruch city hospital» of the Ovruch City Council, including development of design documentation

Ovruch Municipality Council hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of financing from the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO)  as fund manager for grant funds provided under the multi-donor financed Green Recovery Programme for Ukraine towards the cost of “Energy Efficiency Improvements in Public Buildings in the city of Ovruch, Zhytomyr region, Ukraine”.

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the financing: Turnkey implementation of complex thermo-modernisation for the buildings of medical and medical-administrative units of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise «Ovruch city hospital» of the Ovruch City Council, including development of design documentation, obtaining of positive conclusion of expert examination, performing author supervision during construction works. Expected contract implementation time – 17 months.
