This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 21 August 2025 for the Programme “Rehabilitation of wastewater services in four cities of Ukraine: Horishni Plavni, Lubny, Lutsk, Khmelnytskyi” which was published on the Procurement Notices section of NEFCO’s website (https://www.nefco.int).
Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Executive Committee of Lubny City Council of Lubny District, Poltava Region hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use the part of the proceeds of grant financing from the Impact Fund Denmark (formerly Danida Sustainable Infrastructure Finance) (hereinafter referred to as the Impact Fund Denmark) through the fund manager the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) towards the cost of the project “Reconstruction of Wastewater Pumping Stations (WWPS) and Installation of Solar Power Panels (SPP) in Lubny city in Ukraine”.
The Contracts under the Programme shall be financed by a grant from the Impact Fund Denmark and by the municipal budget and/or the Employer.
The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract LUB_WW_2 Reconstruction of the Power Supply System for Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at Berezova Street and the Water Intake Station (WIS-3) at Industrialna Street in Lubny, Poltava Region, by Installing a Solar Power Plant (Lot 1: “Reconstruction of the power supply system for waste water treatment plant (WWTP) at Berezova Street in Lubny, Poltava Region, by installing a solar power plant”; Lot 2: (optional): “Reconstruction of the power supply system of the water intake station (WIS-3) located at Industrialna Street, Lubny, Poltava Region, by installing a solar power plant”) to be financed by the Impact Fund Denmark grant and by the municipal budget and/or the Employer.
Tenders and subsequent contracts financed by grant and budget funds shall be subject to NEFCO’s Procurement Policy and Procedures.
