NZEB Renovation of the Oriyana Lyceum of the Lviv City Council

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 11 July 2024 for the Project “Nearly Zero Energy Renovations of School Buildings (hereinafter “the Project”), which was published on the Procurement Notices section of NEFCO’s website (https://www.nefco.int).

Lviv Municipal Enterprise “LVIV INTERCITY TECHNICAL INVENTORY BUREAU”,hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use the part of the proceeds of grant financing from the Government of Norway and Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) through the development partner for the NORAD-financed project the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) towards the cost of the project “Reconstruction of the Oriyan Lyceum of the Lviv City Council at 3 Chukarina Street in Lviv”.

The Employer now invites tenders from Contractors for the following contract “Nearly Zero-Energy Renovation of the Oriyana Lyceum of the Lviv City Council (address: 3 Chukarina Street, Lviv city, Lviv Region)”, TD # NO11-2025-162/ Lviv-NZ-G1.

Tenders and subsequent contracts financed by grant and budget funds will be subject to NEFCO’s Procurement Policy and Procedures.

The works under this Contract are expected to commence in June 2026 and must be completed no later than December 2027.
