New Сonstruction of Wastewater Pumping Station 1B and Reconstruction of Wastewater Collectors with Installation of Solar Power Panels in Horishni Plavni (HP_WW_1)

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 21 August 2025 for the Programme “Rehabilitation of wastewater services in four cities of Ukraine: Horishni Plavni, Lubny, Lutsk, Khmelnytskyi” which was published on the Procurement Notices section of NEFCO’s website (https://www.nefco.int).

Municipal Enterprise “Water Supply and Wastewater Management Utility Company” of Horishni Plavni City Council, Kremenchuk District, Poltava Region (hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”), intends to use the part of the proceeds of grant financing from the Government of Norway and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) through the Development Partner the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) towards the cost of the Project “Reconstruction of the Main Municipal Wastewater Pumping Station (WWPS) to Replace the Existing and Fully Deteriorated WWPS and Installation of Solar Power Panels (SPP) in Horishni Plavni City of Poltava Region”.

The Contracts under the Programme shall be financed by the grant from the Government of Norway and NORAD and by the municipal and/or the Employer budget.

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract HP_WW_1 “New Сonstruction of Wastewater Pumping Station 1B and Reconstruction of Wastewater Collectors with Installation of Solar Power Panels, Horishni Plavni City within the Project “Reconstruction of the Main Municipal Wastewater Pumping Station (WWPS) to Replace the Existing and fully deteriorated WWPS and Installation of Solar Power Panels (SPP) in Horishni Plavni City of Poltava Region” (Lot 1: New Construction of Wastewater Pumping Station 1B with Installation of Solar Power Panels, Horishni Plavni City; Lot 2 (optional): Reconstruction of Wastewater Collectors of Wastewater Pumping Station 1B, Horishni Plavni City) which shall be financed by the grant from the Government of Norway and NORAD, as well as by the municipal and/or the Employer budget.

Tenders and subsequent contracts financed by the grant funds shall be carried out in accordance with NEFCO’s Procurement Policy and Procedures
