This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published in the Procurement Notices section of NEFCO’s website (https://www.nefco.int) on 22.08.2023.
The City of Causeni, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO), towards the cost of Energy Efficiency improvements in the Kindergarten Nr. 2 located in Causeni City.
The Employer now invites tenders from Contractors for the following contract for supply of equipment and related works to be co-financed by the loan and the grant.
The Employer now invites the Contractors to submit their tenders for the following contract to be funded partially by the loan, aimed at purchase of execution of works on supply and installation of all necessary equipment and materials required for the implementation of energy efficiency measures in Kindergarten Nr. 2, located in Causeni City.
In preparation of their offers, the Tenderer should take into account that the works in this Contract will tentatively start in January 2024 and should be completed in July 2024.
