Invitation for tender – Ukraine Housing for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and Rehabilitation of Liberated Cities in Ukraine, Component II – Ternopil

This Invitation to Tender follows the General Procurement Announcement from 2 June 2023 for the EU Programme “Housing for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and rehabilitation of liberated cities in Ukraine, Component II”, published at Procurement | Nefco.

Ternopil city council, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of grant financing from the European Union (hereinafter “EU”) through the fund manager the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (Nefco) within the framework of the programme “Housing for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and rehabilitation of liberated cities in Ukraine, Component II”, to pay for the costs of the project “Construction of an apartment residential building in Ternopil”.

The Employer hereby invites the Contractors to submit their sealed tenders for obtaining the Contract “Construction of an apartment residential building, Ternopil city, Ukraine”, which will be financed by the funds of the EU grant.

Estimated construction budget is EUR 8.8 million excluding VAT. Estimated budget of construction of a radiation shelter UAH 8,705,854 including VAT.

Tendering for contracts that are to be financed by EU grant financing is open to companies/individuals from any country.
