Municipal Utility Company “LUTSKVODOKANAL”, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use the part of the proceeds of grant financing from the Impact Fund Denmark (formerly Danida Sustainable Infrastructure Finance) (hereinafter referred to as the Impact Fund Denmark) through the fund manager the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) towards the cost of the project “Reconstruction of wastewater pumping stations (WWPS) and installation of solar power panels (SPP) in Lutsk city in Ukraine”.
The Contracts under the Programme shall be financed by a grant from the Impact Fund Denmark and by the municipal budget and/or the Employer.
The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract LUT_WW_2 “Installation of two solar power plants in the city of Lutsk, Volyn Region” (Lot 1: Reconstruction of the power supply system of the Dubnivska Water Intake Facility at 26 Dubnivska Street, Lutsk, Volyn Region, through the installation of a solar power plant; Lot 2: Installation of an energy storage system at 26 Dubnivska Street, Lutsk, Volyn Region; Lot 3: Reconstruction of the power supply system of the Hnidavska Pumping Station at 11 Magistralna Street, Lutsk, Volyn Region; Lot 4 (optional): Installation of an energy storage system at 11 Magistralna Street, Lutsk, Volyn Region) to be financed by the Impact Fund Denmark grant and by the municipal budget and/or the Employer.
Tenders and subsequent contracts financed by grant and budget funds will be subject to NEFCO’s Procurement Policy and Procedures.
