Within the implementation of the Project, an open tender procedure is envisaged, following which a contract will be awarded to the successful tenderer for the design (including the performance of site surveys and investigations) and the full scope of construction works for a 9.9 MW solar power plant, including the installation of the relevant electrical networks and the connection of the SPP to the power grid.

The tender will be open to any firms and individuals from all countries. A procurement notice under the open international tender procedure will be published separately when it becomes available.

The tender is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2026.

The grant is provided by the Government of Denmark via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, through the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (“NEFCO”), as the facility manager of the Green Recovery Fund. The grant beneficiary is the Mykolaiv City Council. The tender and the subsequent contract financed from the grant funds shall be governed by NEFCO’s Procurement Policy and Procedures.

The contract award and commencement of works are planned for the second quarter of 2026.
