Improvement of Energy Efficiency and installation of Solar PV plants at the Volodymyr communal water utility

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for the project “Improvement of Energy Efficiency and Installation of Solar PV Plants at the Volodymyr Communal Water Utility”, published on the Procurement Notices section of Nefco’s website.

Volodymyr City Council intends to use part of the grant funding provided by Norway and managed by the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (Nefco) under the Green Recovery Programme for Ukraine, together with municipal co-financing, towards the implementation of the project.

Volodymyr City Council now invites tenders from contractors for energy efficiency improvements at the Volodymyr municipal water utility. The procurement is divided into two lots and includes the installation of solar PV systems at water supply facilities, reconstruction of water supply infrastructure, and modernisation of pumping and monitoring systems.

Tenders and subsequent contracts financed under the project shall be subject to Nefco’s Procurement Policy and Procedures.

Tenderers may submit tenders for one or both lots. When preparing their tenders, Tenderers should take into account that the works are expected to commence in October 2026 and must be completed no later than June 2027.
