Improvement of Energy Efficiency and Energy Security of the Water Pumping Station, Partial Renovation of the Existing Water Networks in Krasyliv

Krasyliv City Council of Khmelnytskyi region is going to announce competitive tendering for the works, goods and services required for the Project “Improvement of Energy Efficiency and Energy Security of the Water Pumping Station, Partial Renovation of the Existing Water networks in Krasyliv”.

The Krasyliv City Council plans to allocate grant funding provided by the Norwegian Government, administered through NEFCO, for the implementation of the Project. The total budget is set at up to EUR 500,000 (excluding VAT).

Main Project Components:

• Component 1: Modernization of the water pumping station and related facilities, including partial renovation of building, replacement of obsolete pumping and electrical equipment, installation of automated control systems with frequence converters, and modernization of engineering networks.
• Component 2: Installation of a solar photovoltaic power plant with battery energy storage system (BESS) and net-billing functionality at artesian wells No. 6 and No. 7.
• Component 3: Partial reconstruction (replacement) of existing water supply networks.

The selection of contractors for the Project is anticipated to be announced in the first quarter of 2026, with full project completion expected on or before May 2027
