Thorough Repair of Ovruch Lyceum №3 and Ovruch City Hospital

Ovruch City Council plans to announce tenders for the procurement of works, goods and services under the project ‘Thorough Repair of Ovruch Lyceum No. 3 and Ovruch City Hospital’. Tenders for the contracts are scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2025

The Project foresees a comprehensive renovation of Ovruch Lyceum No. 3 and two buildings of the Ovruch City Hospital. The project will result in a reduction in energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, as well as budgetary savings. In addition, the Project is of great social importance, as its implementation will improve the quality and conditions of educational and healthcare services and extend the buildings’ lifetime.

The city intends to use the grant funds provided under the Green Recovery Programme for the works, goods and services listed below. It is expected that about EUR 3.4 million will be spent to finance the Project.

Within the framework of the project, contractors and service providers will be selected to implement activities in the following categories:

– insulation of walls (including basements)

– replacement of windows

– replacement of entrance doors

–  insulation of roofs

– replacement/modernisation of engineering networks

– heat pumps for hot water supply

– PV stations with energy storage in batteries

–  civil protection construction solutions

Procurement under contracts financed by grant funds through NEFCO as Fund Manager is subject to NEFCO’s Procurement Policy and Procedures. The specific procurement notice for international open competitive tendering will be announced as soon as it is available.
