General Procurement Notice – Energy Efficient renovation of Krasyliv Primary Healthcare Center

Krasyliv City Council plans to announce tenders for the procurement of works, goods and services under the project “Energy Efficient Renovation of the Krasyliv Primary Health Care Center”. The tenders for the contracts are scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2025.

The project foresees a comprehensive renovation of the Krasyliv Primary Health Care Center. The project will lead to a reduction in energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, as well as budgetary savings. In addition, the project is of great social importance, as its implementation will improve the quality and conditions of medical services and healthcare and extend the life of the building.

The city intends to use the grant funds provided under the Green Recovery Program for the works, goods and services listed below. It is expected that about EUR 2.1 million will be spent to finance the project.

Within the framework of the project, contractors and service providers will be selected to implement activities in the following categories:

• thermal insulation of external walls (including basement walls below ground level)
• replacement of windows and exterior doors
• insulation of the roof and ceiling of the unheated basement
• replacement/modernization of engineering networks
• photovoltaic power plant with energy storage in batteries
• improvement of civil security solutions

Procurement under contracts financed by grant funds through NEFCO as Fund Manager is subject to NEFCO’s Procurement Policy and Procedures. The specific procurement notice for international open competitive tendering will be announced as soon as it is available.
