EU Support to Housing for Internally Displaced People in Chernivtsi / Works including supply of material and construction

The Department of Infrastructure and Territory Improvement of Chernivtsi City Council is inviting tenders for the construction of two apartment buildings for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and a modular biofuel boiler house in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. The project is financed by the European Union. The contract will cover the full scope of works, including supply of materials, construction, and commissioning.

The procurement consists of three lots combined under a single contract: two multi-storey residential buildings and a pellet-fueled boiler house to serve both buildings. Tenderers must demonstrate financial capacity, technical resources, and experience in similar large-scale construction projects. This initiative is designed to improve living conditions for displaced families and strengthen municipal infrastructure resilience in western Ukraine.
