We have published lists of awarded contracts related to public sector projects we finance in Eastern Europe, namely, Georgia and Ukraine, and facilities we managed for the period 1 December 2021–31 May 2022.
Lists of awarded contracts are published on a periodical basis in accordance with our transparency policy as stipulated in Nefco’s Procurement Guidelines and Procurement Policy and Procedures; this applies to all our projects as of 1 January 2021.
For goods, works and non-consulting service contracts in public sector projects, we publish tenders through open tendering, selective tendering and national public procurement laws. As regards consultancy services procured for public sector projects, we publish consultancy tenders for our Investment Fund projects and projects related to facilities we manage when selected via open competition or from a shortlist.
