Invitation for Tenders – Housing for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and recovery of liberated cities in Ukraine – Zhytomyr

Capital Construction Department of Zhytomyr City Council – hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use the proceeds of the Grant according to the Grant Agreement No. NDICI-GEO-NEAR/2022/440-305 between the European Union represented by the European Commission and Zhytomyr City Council (hereinafter referred to as the Grant Agreement), with NEFCO as the Implementing Organisation, toward the costs of the project “EU Support in Provision of Housing for Internally Displaced Persons in Zhytomyr”.

The Employer now invites tenders from the contractors for the following Contracts financed by the funds of the European Union:

LOT 1 (EU-ZHYT-1-2): New construction of an apartment complex for residence of internally displaced persons (evacuees) at the address: Zhytomyr, 60, Chervony lane. 1st stage (ДК 021:2015 – 45200000-9 The works related to objects of completed or unfinished construction, and objects of civil construction) and/or

LOT 2 (EU-ZHYT-1-3): New construction of an apartment complex for residence of internally displaced persons (evacuees) at the address: Zhytomyr, 60, Chervony lane. 2d stage (ДК 021:2015 – 45200000-9 The works related to objects of completed or unfinished construction, and objects of civil construction).
