Invitation for tender – Reconstruction of the street lighting networks of the Dniprovskiy district of the city of Zaporizhzhia

This Invitation to Tender follows the General Procurement Notice for this project, published on 27 December 2024, on NEFCO’s website in the Procurement Announcements section (http://www.nefco.int).

The Municipal Enterprise for outdoor lighting networks “Zaporizhmisksvitlo” (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) intends to use part of the funding provided by the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO), as a Contributor to the “Norway-Ukraine Energy Efficiency Initiative Fund (NUEE Fund)” and the “Nordic Energy Efficiency and Humanitarian Support Initiative for Ukraine (NIU Fund)”, to cover expenses for the project: “Reconstruction of the street lighting networks of the Dniprovskiy district of the city of Zaporizhzhia”.

The Employer hereby invites Contractors to submit their sealed tender proposals for the contract: ZAP-1: “Development of design documentation, including undergoing comprehensive examination, provision of author supervision, as well as supply, installation, and dismantling of all necessary equipment and materials for the reconstruction of street lighting networks in the Dniprovskiy district of Zaporizhzhia”.

When preparing the tender proposal, tender participants should consider that the work under this contract is expected to commence in April 2025 and should be completed no later than September 2025.
