General Procurement Notice – Improving energy efficiency in public buildings in the city of Slavutych

The Project foresees implementation of energy-efficient measures at 2 educational buildings, namely thermal modernisation of day-care centre “Children Development Center” in Vilniuskiy quarter, 1 and thermal modernisation of the sports and recreation complex “Bogatyr” in Belgorodskiy quarter, 1 in the city of Slavutych. The buildings are characterised by high consumption of heating and electricity. The Project will result in reduction of energy consumption and CO₂ emissions as well as budgetary expenditures savings. The project is also of great social importance since implementation of the project will improve the quality and conditions of education services and as well as extend lifetime of the buildings.

The Project, which has the total estimated cost of approximately EUR 2.6 million, will require the procurement of the following works, goods, and services for implementation of energy efficiency measures in educational buildings of Slavutych city:

• Design development;
• Сomprehensive thermos renovation of buildings;
• Modernisation of ventilation and lighting systems;
• Modernisation of heating and engineering systems, etc;
• Installation of heat pump for hot water needs;
• Installation of solar power plants and solar collectors for domestic hot water;
• Minor repair of buildings;
• Safety (fire protection) and inclusivity measures

Tendering is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2023.
