Invitation for Tenders – Energy efficiency improvements in the city of Kreminna – Pre-school No. 2

Kreminna City Council, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) towards the (cost) of “Development of the Design documentation, supply of the plant and materials, execution of the whole complex of works on thorough repair of the façade, doors and window apertures, on execution of the roofing and double-pitch roof of the building, as well as on installation of additional energy-efficient equipment of the pre-school educational institution No.2 “Katrusya” at the address: Ukraine, Luhansk region, Kreminna city, Shevchenko str., 31”.

The Employer now invites the Contractors to submit their tenders for the following contract to be funded by the loan, aimed at purchase of the materials and related works on insulation of façade and socle, installation of the blind area, replacement of external windows and doors, insulation of the ceiling of the last floor, performance of a tent type roof, installation of weather-dependent regulation system in the boiler house, installation of inflow-exhaust ventilation with heat recovery, dismantling of all equipment to be replaced, with obligatory carrying out of disposal and removal of dismantled materials in accordance with environmental protection requirements, as well as the development of the design documentation with passing of the expertise and conducting of designer’s supervision.
