Tender Invitation – Energy Efficiency Improvement of Educational Buildings of the Dragomanov National Pedagogical University in Kyiv

Dragomanov National Pedagogical University hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, as beneficiary of part of the proceeds of a loan borrowed from the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) by the state of Ukraine, represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, intends to use the funding towards the cost of Energy Efficiency Improvement of Educational Buildings of the Dragomanov National Pedagogical University in Kyiv (a sub-project under the Ukraine Higher Education Project).

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:

• Major repair of the dormitory in Osvity, 6A and educational building in Osvity, 6 with usage of energy efficiency technologies, including development of design and cost estimate documentation.

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project, which was published on the NEFCO website on 11 July 2019.
