Invitation for Tenders – Lot 6 – Energy efficiency improvements in public buildings in the city of Lutsk

The Capital Construction Department of the Lutsk City Council, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”, intends to use part of of the proceeds of financing from the Nordic Environmental Finance Corporation (NEFCO) and co-financing from the local budget towards the cost of the project “Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings of Lutsk“. The project is co-funded by the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership Fund, E5P – a multi-donor fund managed by the EBRD and designed to promote investment in energy efficiency in Ukraine and other Eastern European countries.

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contracts to be funded from part of the proceeds of the financing from NEFCO:

Thorough repair of the Preschool Educational Institution No. 5 of Lutsk City Council, Darhomyzhskoho str., 5a, Lutsk:

  • delivery, installation of heat insulation materials for heat insulation of walls and socle – 2,678.4 m2;
  • delivery and installation of energy-efficient reinforced-plastic doors – 12.4 m2
  • delivery and installation of energy-efficient metal doors – 7.04 m2;
  • roof insulation of type 1 «compatible with ceiling» – 1,510 m2
  • installation of ventilation – 200 m3 /h;
  • dismantling and re-installation of the system of lightning protection – 400 l. m.;
  • electric heating of roof drains – 6 pcs;
  • repair of light potholes – 15 pcs. – 11 m2;
  • repair of the entrances into the basement – 4 pcs. – 24 m2;
  • repair of the porches – 9 pcs. – 47m2;
  • installation of ramps – 1 pc. – 11.6 m2;
  • repair of canopies – 8 pcs. – 80 m2;
  • fencing installation – 324 l. m.;
  • restoration of the blind area– 367.6 m2 .

Thorough repair of the Preschool Educational Institution No. 7 of Lutsk City Council, Kremenetska str, 24, Lutsk.

  • delivery and installation of  energy-efficient reinforced-plastic windows – 46.49 m2;
  • roof insulation of type 1 «compatible with ceiling» – 1,192 m2
  • installation of the system of lightning protection – 392 l. m.;
  • electric heating of roof drains – 6 pcs;
  • installation of ramps – 1 pc. – 20 m2;
  • fencing installation – 278 l. m.

Thorough repair of the Preschool Educational Institution No. 11 of Lutsk City Council, Sobornosti av., 6a, Lutsk

  • roof insulation of type 1 «compatible with ceiling» – 1,640 m2;
  • installation of ventilation – 180 m3 /h;
  • dismantling and re-installation of the system of lightning protection – 630 l. m.;
  • electric heating of roof drains – 6 pcs;
  • installation of ramps – 1 pc. – 19.5 m2;
  • fencing installation – 329 l. m.

Thorough repair of the Preschool Educational Institution No. 20 of Lutsk City Council, Sobornosto av., 35a, Lutsk,

  • delivery and installation of  energy-efficient reinforced-plastic windows – 42.15 m2;
  • roof insulation of type 1 «compatible with ceiling»  – 1,270 m2
  • dismantling and re-installation of the system of lightning protection – 530 l. m.;
  • electric heating of roof drains – 6 pcs;
  • repair of canopies (a ramp) – 1 pcs. – 5.8 m2;
  • fencing installation – 295 l.m.

Thorough repair of the Public Educational Institution “Lutsk Educational Complex Secondary School of I-II Degrees No. 10 – Professional Liceum of Lutsk City Council”, Veteraniv str., 5, Lutsk

  • delivery, installation of heat insulation materials for heat insulation of walls and socle – 5,885.5 m2;
  • delivery and installation of  energy-efficient reinforced-plastic windows – 109.7 m2;
  • delivery and installation of energy-efficient reinforced-plastic doors – 42.36 m2
  • delivery and installation of energy-efficient metal doors – 8.4 m2;
  • roof insulation of type 1 «compatible with ceiling» – 3,170 m2
  • installation of ventilation – 100 m3 /h; 390 m3 /h
  • dismantling and re-installation of the system of lightning protection – 1,220 l. m.;
  • electric heating of roof drains – 8 pcs;
  • repair of the ventilation potholes – 1 pc. – 1 m2;
  • repair of the entrances into the basement –4 pcs. – 39 m2;
  • repair of the porches – 9pcs. – 58.7 m2;
  • installation of ramps – 1 pcs.-22 m2;
  • repair of the canopies – 1 pcs.- 45.4 m2;
  • fencing installation – 540 l. m.;
  • restoration of the blind area – 560 m2 .
