Invitation for Tenders – Individual Heat Substations in the City of Uman

The Uman Municipal Utility “Umanteplokomunenergo” (Purchaser) intends using proceeds of a loan from Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO), for eligible payments under the contract for which this tender is made.  The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from contractors for the following contract to be funded from the proceeds of the loan.

The Purchaser intends to procure, install and put into operation new equipment in Individual Heating Substations (IHS) – in direct translation into Russian language Individual Thermo Points (ITP). The Contract includes delivery of the equipment and materials, supervision of installation, commissioning of the equipment and training as well as support to the Purchaser in preparation of Design Documentation. The main part of the Scope of Supply is:

• twelve (12) Individual Heat Substations (IHS)

The contract will be a Supply contract with additional Services based on Orgalime S 2012 and S 2012 S for Supervision Services. The project implementation period is August – October 2020 with intended commissioning as soon as possible after start of heating season 2020.
