Invitation for Tenders – Energy efficiency improvements in public buildings in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk (Contract 6)

The Capital Construction Department of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council (“the Employer”), intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan received from the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (Nefco) towards the cost of the project “Energy efficiency improvements in public buildings in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk”.

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:

•  Lot 1 “Capital repair of Roman Gurik lyceum No. 23 in Ivano-Frankivsk”. The works include thermal insulation and hydro isolation of the roof, replacement of windows and doors, capital repair of water supply system and other works. 
• Lot 2 “Reconstruction of heating system, including IHS installation in Roman Gurik lyceum No. 23 in Ivano-Frankivsk”. Works include reconstruction of the heating system, capital repair of the premises and installation of IHS, modernisation of internal electric system and other works.

The tender is conducted by lots as described above. The tenderer shall have the right to submit a tender proposal for either or all of the specified Lots at the same time, taking into account the minimum qualification requirements for Tenderers. As described above, works shall be implemented at the same time.
