The Capital Construction Department of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”), intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) towards the cost of the project “Energy efficiency improvements in public buildings in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk”.

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:

  • Lot 1 “Reconstruction of heating system, including IHS installation in school (lyceum) No.5 on I. Franko Street, 19 in Ivano-Frankivsk”. Works include reconstruction of the heating system, capital repair of the premises and installation of IHS and other works.
  • Lot 2 “Reconstruction of heating system, including IHS installation in school (lyceum) No.11 on B. Lepkiy Street, 9 and in V. Barvinski children’s music school No.2 (corps 1) on Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, 88-A in Ivano-Frankivsk”. Works include reconstruction of the heating system, capital repair of the premises and installation of HIS, replacement of windows and doors and other works.
  • Lot 3 “Major maintenance of school (lyceum) No.2 on Getman Doroshenko Street, 29 in Ivano-Frankivsk”. Works include reconstruction of the heating system, capital repair of the premises and installation of HIS, replacement of windows and doors and other works.

The tender is conducted by lots as described above. The tenderer shall have the right to submit a tender proposal for any of one, several or all of the specified Lots at the same time, taking into account the minimum qualification requirements for Tenderers.

Works on the capital repairs of the Objects as described above shall be implemented in parallel. The capital repair of the Objects is expected to start in August 2021. The expected completion date of works – not later than December 2021.
