The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland/NEFCO Finland Ukraine Trust Fund has allocated funds up to EUR 600,000 for the financing of Design, construction, delivery and erection of prefabricated modern diagnostic laboratory building in Volyn, Ukraine.
The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of EUR 0,6 million, will require the procurement of the following goods, works and detail design services:
- Design, construction, delivery and erection of prefabricated modern diagnostic laboratory building including specified HVAC and electrical systems (Design and planning services are to be provided as part of the contract)
- Design and planning according to space plan, laboratory and biosafety requirements, and energy efficiency components
- Related foundation and civil works at the site
- Transport and erection of prefabricated laboratory building to Ukraine
The modular diagnostic laboratory will ensure modern laboratory services and shall be located in the territory of a hospital in Volyn, Ukraine.
Tendering for the above goods, works and services is expected to begin in 1Q 2021.
As the Finnish Grant is tied to supplies from Finland, the Finnish content of goods and services to be financed by the Finnish grant shall be at least 30%.
