As regards a tender/procurement carried out by a client of Nefco, the client is responsible for all aspects of procurement in accordance with the Nefco Procurement Guidelines or Procurement Policy and Procedures (whichever is applicable). Accordingly, a tenderer shall initially address Nefco’s client with any issues, questions and complaints regarding the procurement process.
If a complaint concerns a tender/procurement carried out by Nefco, or if the client of Nefco does not respond promptly or the tenderer wishes to complain about the client’s handling of the procurement process, the tenderer may submit a complaint to Nefco.
